Cebu-based Photographer Artem Levy

left photo) is slowly becoming one of my favorite photographers. The Cebu-based Russian lensman may have built a following in the Queen City of the South with his wedding pictorials, but he is equally good in doing photoshoots for models. Check out one of his latest works in this post where Sasha Tajaran (
a runner-up during Miss Tourism World Philippines 2014) and Virgilio ‘Verge’ Llego (
a candidate during Misters of the Philippines 2014) were shot in their sizzling best aboard a yacht.
